Ok, if you are like me you’ve tried to cut the kernels off a cob of corn only to chase them around the counter as they fly everywhere! Here is a simple tip for cutting kernels off the cob that you can thank me for later.
Remove the husks and silk from your corn and rinse. Set up a large bowl and then put a small bowl UPSIDE down inside the large bowl. Place your corn, stem-side down on the small bowl and use a sharp knife to cut down the length of the cobb. It’s a miracle! All your corn kernels will fall neatly into the large bowl. See!
